We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, what this means is that we must receive your cancellation at least 24 hours before your services. This way we can rebook our therapists and you will not get charged for services.
All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. Savannah Day Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. After your services, you are more than welcome to pay with another card or cash. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a new client profile or update any existing information. Keep in mind if you are late for your service, your service will still end on time. You will still be charged in full of the service(s) booked. Additionally, we do not allow small children in the spa. Gift cards are non-refundable and lose $5 in value for every year they expire. All packages booked will have 20 gratuity added at the end of your services.
